Wet a Day…Bed Weather

I have had an incredibly insanely busy week and I made it through without going into a flare. Last week was painful as well as stressful for me not to mention the bad weather did not cooperate.

Last Wednesday, I found a solution with one of the cause of my headache….I had my tooth extracted and I did it during lunchtime, then I was back for work after an hour to attend for a meeting. That solution to my headache caused me to skipped my Wednesday public speaking session and Thursday schedule of aerobics.

It was also a last minute preparation for our sportsfest which was decided to pushed through rain or shine. Thanks to my 3 angels who helped me all the way. I owe you guys.

Glad to say, I have had a lot of fun though.

I would like also to post some shout outs on fb that I read this week. You see, as I previously informed you, reading shout outs on fb entertained me. It sort of like a way of unwinding for me. So here it is….
